While she loved the "bass" and "grime" of "Rated R," Rihanna believes the next album will be packed with more uptempo records.
"I really like the bottom, the grime of it ("Rated R")," she told MTV Korea recently. "But if I were to combine that with more energetic, up-tempo pop records, then I think that will be a happy marriage. And that's where we'll probably go next."

Rihanna is not dating Matt Kemp, 25, and the couple are just friends, said representatives.
The singer was reported last week stealing sizzling moments in Mexico's Cabo San Lucas with Kemp, an LA Dodgers star.
"I think dating may be a stretch at this point," the New York Daily News quoted agent Dave Stewart as saying.
"They are in Cabo, but past that they are just good friends," he added.
