Rihanna has premiered the music video for her new single ‘S&M’.
The clip, which the singer unveiled on her official YouTube page yesterday, shows the singer in a variety of colourful PVC outfits as she teases journalists who are gagged and tied to walls.
“Cause I may be bad but I’m perfectly good at it. Sex in the air. I don’t care, I love the smell of it,” she sings. “Sticks and stones may break my bones but chains and whips excite me.”
The video also features celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, who is tied to a leash and walked on a front lawn by the star.
The promo was directed by Melina Matsoukas, whose credits include Ne-Yo’s ‘Closer’, Lily Allen’s ‘Not Fair’ and Beyoné’s ‘Why Don’t You Love Me?’
‘S&M’ is the third cut taken from Rihanna’s Loud album, which to date has sold over a million copies in the UK.
